At ES16, we specialize in premium-quality cycling teamwear for clubs and businesses. Every year, we design and produce teamwear for more than 100 clubs and businesses, and our cycling apparel is made in Italy with a focus on quality, fit and technical fabrics.
One of our greatest strengths is flexibility. We can produce as few as 5 items – for example, 2 pairs of cycling shorts, 2 cycling jerseys and a vest.
This means you don't need to keep a large amount of extra stock on hand. When a new employee or club member joins, we can easily produce the additional apparel you need.

THE PROCESS
Creating cycling apparel with your own design and logo should be simple and inspiring. At ES16, we guide you through the entire process – from your first ideas to your finished team apparel.
We create a design proposal based on your preferences, colours and visual identity. Once the design is approved, production begins, and all you need to do is look forward to the finished result.
We can also set up a dedicated online shop for your club or company, where members and employees can order their own team apparel. If you prefer, the apparel can also be shipped directly to each individual, keeping administration and handling as simple as possible.
Below, you will find a selection from our custom cycling apparel range. All products can be made with your own design and produced from scratch with dyed materials and graphics applied directly at the factory.
Prices apply to custom-produced team apparel, not products from our standard ES16 collection.
Practical information
Minimum order quantity for custom-designed teamwear:
Min. 5 items, e.g. 1 jersey, 2 bib shorts and 2 jackets.
Min. 10 items per product for accessories and min. 100 pairs of custom-designed socks.
LOGOS
All logos must be in the following formats: Ai, eps, Vector
DESIGN
The initial design fee is 995 kr. It is free for orders of more than 10 items.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery normally takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the season.
YOUR OWN ONLINE STORE
We offer to set up an online store for your club or company completely free of charge, where members or employees can place their own orders. The clothing will be shipped to each member's address.
