Cycled clothing in own design
At ES16, we specialize in producing premium quality cycling teamwear. In collaboration with our factory Kalas, we produce and design teamwear for over 100 clubs and companies every year. Our cycling apparel is developed in partnership with the World Tour team Alpecin-Deceuninck.
Our major advantage is that we can produce as few as 5 units – e.g., 2 cycling shorts, 2 cycling jerseys, and a vest. This flexibility means that as a club, you don’t need to purchase extra stock. If a new employee or club member joins, we can easily produce clothing for you right away.

THE PROCESS
Designing cycling apparel with your own design and logos is an exciting process. At ES16, we will help and guide you through all phases in collaboration with our factory Kalas.
Based on your ideas and wishes, we will provide design proposals for you. Once you have approved the design, the clothing goes into production, and then you just have to look forward to receiving your new apparel.
We offer to set up your very own website where members can order the team apparel from. To simplify the handling process for clubs and companies, shipping of the apparel to each individual user is offered.
Below is a selection from our extensive range, which we offer for custom cycling apparel. Everything can be made in your very own design, and everything is made completely from scratch with all colors dyed at the factory.
All prices apply to clothing produced in individual design and not from our existing collection.
Practical info
Minimum order quantity for teamwear in your own design:
Min. 5 pcs, e.g. 1 jersey, 2 bib shorts, and 2 jackets.
Min. 10 pcs per item for accessories and Min. 100 pcs socks in your own design.
LOGOS
All logos must be in the following formats: Ai, eps, Vector
DESIGN
Design startup costs 995 kr. For orders over 10 units, it is free.
PAYMENT
Prepayment is 50% of the order. The remaining amount is paid before delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is usually between 6-8 weeks depending on the season.
OWN WEBSHOP
We offer completely free creation of a webshop for your club, where members can order themselves. The clothing will be sent to each member's individual address.
