Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full return policy on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Exceptionally, everything purchased from November 15 to December 24 can be exchanged until January 15.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you in connection with the purchase, no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notice that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
We automatically refund the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Right of withdrawal on Teamwear
There is no right of withdrawal on teamwear as it is produced to order. All teamwear is prepaid.

Discount codes cannot be used during this period.
Payment
ES16 accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and American Express. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts include VAT.
ES16 uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
ES16 delivers on all weekdays for orders placed before 16:00
Gift card Can only be used on items and cannot be paid out in cash. If you buy items with the gift card and subsequently return the items, the money will be credited back to the gift card.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect use of the product/service.
ES16 will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your order number so we can transfer the agreed amount.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 45 days after purchase and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment no later than 45 days after.
The notification must be sent by email to mail@es16.dk. In the message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return. You can find it here:
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount refunded, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.
